[HVDG] Canoe Creek State Park Disc Golf Work Day

Hey Disc Golfers,
Sorry haven't gotten any emails out lately about Disc Golf happenings.  

Here's a quick one to let everyone know that Canoe Creek State Park's 9-Hole Disc Golf Course is under construction.  
Initial brush hogging has been done.  On Tuesday, Sept. 1 there will be a work day for anyone who can attend.  
We will be meeting at the Park Office at 8:30 am.  If you can't be there at 8:30 the course is laid out between the Beach area and the boat launch.  
The main focus of the day will be trimming limbs and marking the ground for final tee and basket locations.  There is poison ivy in the area so gloves and long sleeves are suggested.  
There will be additional work days in the future if you wish to help and can't make it Tuesday.  

The goal is to have the course with signs up and running in the next month or so.  

Hope to see a nice turn out on Tuesday.  All ready have a couple of volunteers lined up.  Thanks Kenny.
